【个人简介】
张敏博士于2006年获天津大学管理科学与工程专业博士学位,主要讲授课程包括:《服务营销》、《运营管理》、《质量管理》。主要研究领域为服务质量、服务营销、质量管理与质量工程,运营管理。承担多项国家纵向课题,其中包括国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社科项目、教育部新博士点基金新教师项目和天津大学北洋学者等自主创新项目。研究成果发表在Journal of Business Ethics, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, The Service Industries Journal,Information Systems Frontiers, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research等SSCI/SCI国际期刊。
兼任天津市现场统计学会理事,目前是European Journal of Marketing, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence等多个SSCI/SCI检索国际期刊审稿人,国内期刊《系统工程理论与实践》、《管理学报》等审稿人。另外,把最新的服务质量和质量管理理念和方法应用于实践,与联想集团、天津西门子电气传动、上海宝钢、戴尔、一汽集团、太钢、中航集团等知名企业进行过服务质量或质量管理方面的项目合作和管理咨询。
