工作经历 Work Experience

郭斌，1980年生，工学博士，西北工业大学计算机学院教授，博导，计算机系统与微电子系主任，普适智能与计算研究所副所长。2003和2006年分别获得西安交大本科和硕士学位，2009年3月在日本庆应大学获得博士学位，2009-2011年在法国国立电信学院进行博士后研究。2010年12月以“海外人才引进”的方式，特评为西北工业大学副教授，2014年破格晋升教授，现工作于陕西省嵌入式系统技术重点实验室 。2012年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才计划”，2014年入选“陕西省青年科技新星”，2016年入选国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才。

主要从事普适计算，移动群智感知，大数据智能等领域的研究。目前承担国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省科技发展计划等课题，参与国家973课题、国家自然科学重点基金等重大项目。担任《IEEE Communications Magazine》、《ACM Transactions on Intelligent Systems and Technology》、《IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems》、《ACM Proceedings of IMWUT》、《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》、《IEEE Internet of Things》等国际权威期刊的编委或客座编委。担任IEEE国际普适智能与计算会议(UIC'15 )、IEEE人际联网国际会议(IOP'17)主席，IEEE CPSCom'16, IEEE UIC'13, ANT'14等国际会议程序主席等职务，担任2018全国普适计算学术会议程序主席。IEEE高级会员，IEEE通讯协会大数据专委委员，中国计算机学会CCF高级会员，CCF《技术动态》编委，CCF 普适计算专委常务委员，CCF大数据专家委员会通讯委员等。
