秘晓林,博士,教授,博士研究生导师。入选中国科学院“引进国外杰出人才--百人计划”、辽宁省“攀登学者”。国家自然科学基金、国家重大科学研究计划、博士后科学基金、美国国家科学基金研究生项目等评议人,sci杂志international journal of
nanomedicine顾问编委,current proteomics、plos one编委,中国生化药物杂志编委,中国环境诱变剂学会理事,辽宁省医学会医学遗传学分会副主任委员,biomaterials、genetics、international journal of nanomedicine等sci杂志审稿人。主持国家重点基础研
究计划“973”课题、国家自然科学基金项目、中国科学院创新项目等。
1990年毕业于兰州大学生物化学专业,获学士学位;1996年毕业于卫生部兰州生物制品研究所免疫学和微生物学专业,获硕士学位;1999年毕业于中国预防医学科学院病原生物学专业,获博士学位。同年赴美国,在国立卫生研究院(national institutes of health)国
家癌症研究所(national cancer institute)从事博士后研究,随后任职美国国立卫生研究院国家癌症研究所研究学者。作为通讯作者,研究成果发表在proceedings of national academy of sciences usa、plos genetics、oncogene、biomaterials、human
molecular genetics等国际知名学术期刊。
研究方向
1.非编码RNA应答DNA损伤,调节细胞周期、凋亡、转录的功能和机制;
2.肠道干细胞再生与分化的表观遗传调控。
